Hej, Stephanie is it possible to join now?

Hi Noel, yes! The weeks build on each other, but it's totally self-paced. There's a discount code linked at the top of this week's post :) https://www.badgirlmedia.com/p/conscious-creation-week-4-the-lies

Hi thank you so much for this!! I started the daily 5 a few days ago should I finish the 12 weeks of that first before I start conscious creation or could I do them both at the same time?

Hi Ro, welcome! :)

You can definitely do them simultaneously because while they do complement each other, they serve different purposes. I'd say if both feels overwhelming to start, begin with the one you feel the most gravity towards and build from there. I, personally, like to take 2-3 minutes each night to track my behaviors (sometimes I do it throughout the day, depending on how busy I am), and then I take about 5 minutes to do some stream of consciousness journaling, or reflection questions (like the prompts in TD5).

I'm excited you're getting started. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Happy to help where I can! ✨

Yes, like any habit, you have to work to build it. Rather than tracking "habits" per se, I'm more interested in tracking the small choices and behaviors that are what make up the habits themselves. By doing this, I believe you can see the actual feedback loops you need to interrupt to affect real change. Nothing about it is sexy though. You definitely have to *want* to get a little better each day.
